We are a youth development program with a 501c3 status dedicated to serving the underserved soccer community in Lakeland, FL. We provide holistic programs to individuals to build strong individuals and families using soccer as the platform for transformative growth.
We are committed to building a world-class organization with the best coaches in the area at an affordable price for families. Synced Soccer Academy is dedicated to help our players develop academic goals as well as to develop holistically as a player and individual. This will prepare them to serve their communities, be productive members of society and build strong families.

S.H.E.E.P. will be used to enhance every players’ psychosocial, academic, physical and emotional needs. When we think of sheep, they work and live cooperatively and have a shepherd who watches over them constantly and the shepherd will temporarily leave the flock to gather the lost sheep. Our players need to know that they are treasured individually and collectively.
The core values will be reviewed weekly by staff and participants to reinforce significant growth in every area of their lives. The idea of a flock that grows and plays as one is powerful; the entire group is moving towards a powerful and tangible goal together.
